Analysis of Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

The thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company Goldpress s.r.o., which specializes in the printing industry. The first part deals with theoretical bases, further are performed analyzes – PESTEL analysis, Porter's analysis, 7S and selected methods of financial analysis. The results of the partial analyzes are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis suggests recommendations based on results of performed analyses and aimed at improving the current state.

The subject of this master's thesis is the analysis of the external and internal environment of Seats, a company operating on the automotive market. For the assessment of its current position, there were used the SLEPTE analysis, Porter´s five forces model, model 7S, and selected financial analysis methods. The results of these analyses are summarized in a SWOT analysis. Based on the executed analyses, recommendations to improve the company's economic situation have been suggested.

This thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company – ELMART s.r.o. The goal of the thesis is to formulate recommendations based on results of performed analyses and to suggest measures for improvement of the current state. Among the chosen methods of analysis are: PESTLE analysis, fundamental analysis, Kralick Quicktest, ratio analysis and SWOT analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, in which the characteristics of the chosen analysis methods are explained, and a practical part which deals with their processing. The conclusion of the thesis suggests recommendations based on results of performed analyses and aimed at improving the current state.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of selected company between years 2012 - 2016. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with basic principles of financial and strategic analysis which create basis for elaboration of the practical part. The practical part analyzes the current state of the company using classic and modern methods of financial analysis. Based on findings in the practical part is evaluated overall financial situation of the company and recommendations are suggested to improve the current situation of the company.

In the second, practical part, the financial analysis is performed on the basis of the assumptions and methods defined in the theoretical part. The third part offers suggestions for solving the identified problems that could improve the current financial situation.

Bachelor thesis analyses the company NBS Invest, a.s. from 2002 to 2010. Analysis of the company is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the analysis of financial indicators. The second part deals with the analysis of chronologically arranged data using statistical methods. The thesis includes expected development of the company in 2011 and 2012. The thesis also contains proposals for improving the economic situation of the company.
